Job Description
Oversee the recruitment, training, supervision, and motivation of property staff while managing the community's financial performance to align with budgetary and financial standards. Ensure accurate maintenance of resident records, including the posting of rent, deposits, fees, and accounts payable functions, while adhering to all policies and procedures for compliance with both staff and residents. Conduct building inspections and take necessary actions to uphold property standards, follow up on maintenance requests to ensure timely completion, and foster resident satisfaction by being a resource for their concerns and resolutions. Execute required reporting and administrative duties with meticulous attention to detail.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, with a college degree being advantageous, and have a minimum of three years of management experience. A valid driver's license is necessary, along with strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with industry software such as Entrata, Onesite, AppFolio etc is expected, with some lease-up experience preferred. The ability to multitask and meet deadlines is essential, as is a willingness to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends. Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
