Graceful 5 Property Management is led by two experienced professionals (Ms. Gibson & Mr. Prescott) who combine expertise in real estate operations, asset management, investment strategy, and financial leadership to deliver a comprehensive approach to property management.
With more than 20 years of experience in global markets, wealth management, and strategic financial planning, Mr. Prescott principal brings extensive knowledge in equities, private equity, alternative investments, and long-term value creation. His analytical and relationship-driven approach provides a strong financial foundation for evaluating opportunities, managing risk, and supporting investment performance.
The firm’s other principal, Ms. Gibson brings more than 15 years of property management experience, including oversight of multi-million-dollar real estate portfolios. Her background encompasses asset management, due diligence, strategic operations, luxury residential communities, and commercial real estate. Her hands-on leadership style emphasizes operational excellence, accountability, resident experience, and protecting the long-term value of each asset.
Currently pursuing a law degree with the goal of becoming an attorney, she continues to expand her expertise in the legal and business matters that intersect with real estate ownership and management.
